PC Repair

The main service I offer here at a.com is simply fixing your computer when it has broken. Due to the nature of computers and the internet, there can be any number of reasons why your computer will not do what you want it to, or expect it to, therefore there are any number of solutions to resolving those issues. It is my job to carry out an analysis of the problem and provide a solution as soon as is possible for you. I do this initially in your home or business premises, this saves you the task of disassembling the PC wiring etc. And carting the PC off to our or any other workshop. But more importantly it allows me to see the fault first hand. Because of this, in most cases we can fix your computer within the hour.


If the diagnosed problem is something that would require more time and attention than I would be able to give you at your home or business premises, then I would carry out the shut down, un-hook your PC from the myriad of wires and connectors at the back for you, and safely transport your prized PC to our workshop for the required work to be carried out.

Once all the agreed work has been completed and the computer tested I contact you to arrange a mutually agreed time for the return and setup. This means complete setup, including your internet, email , printers, scanners and any other devices and peripherals you may have had connected.

I still don't stop there, I will give you one week free technical support to cover any issues you might have with any of the work or system changes that may have occurred due to any repair I have done. 

Cost

My pricing structure is simple for the first hour or part  thereof  it is £35.00 then £15.00 for every half hour or part thereof after.

For any work that would have to be done in the workshop, a price would be agreed before your PC is removed. In some instances where specialist parts are required this may be a best estimate, but I would contact you with the exact cost before any work is carried out.
